  • Entries can be submitted by any company, organization, institution, agency, consultancy, advertiser, individual depending on category for the Awards.
  • It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that the commissioning client has the rights to use the intellectual property of the brand advertised.
  • The organizer of the Awards holds the right to refuse the entries.
  • To be eligible for Millennial Achievers 2023, the work of the entrant must have been published and/or promoted between evaluation period i.e. 1st January 2020 and 30th June 2023.
  • The Awards’ organizer or its representative may contact the client related to any entry at the request of the jury at any time during the judging process should any questions about the implementation or presentation of the work arise.
  • All the submitted entries will become a property of Marketing Mind for the purpose of promoting or reporting the Awards across any platform. 
  • The organizers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
  • Participants receiving jury scores of 50% and below in the evaluation round, will not move forward for the awards. This is subject to the discretion of the management and jury and binding on all the participants entering the awards.
  • The decision taken by the Management based upon the observation & recommendations of Jury with respect to the evaluation/disqualification/qualification/recategorization is final and binding on all Participants. No claims/queries raised with respect to the same will be entertained in this regard.
  • A participant receiving an award across any award category should have applied for the awards as an independent entity.
  • Any agency applying on behalf of a brand will need an approval letter or screenshot of a similar mail from the brand. Event Name, Campaign Name, Category Name & client’s email have to be clearly visible along with the approval. However, the brand has to submit the logo in the approval section if they are applying directly.
  • An entry will be deemed accepted only when the entry fee as prescribed has been received by the Awards organizer either through online payment or at its Mumbai/Delhi office.
  • Entrants are expected to ascertain that the entries put up on the web can be viewed on multiple browsers and platforms. The Awards organizer will not contact the entrants in case an entry cannot be viewed.
  • For campaigns that are no longer active, screenshots and text of messages must be highlighted on a microsite.
  • We presume that all entries sent to us are based on original work. The submission of entry guarantees that the entry is original. If an entry is found to be plagiarized, it will be disqualified.
  • All shortlisted entries may not become final winners.
  • No refund will be made, once the payment is submitted.
  • If no Participant in a category is found to be worthy of inclusion by the Jury, the Award category may be canceled by the Jury. The Jury may decide to add nominees in the category to maintain high standards of participation. The decision of the Jury in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants. The Awards management will not entertain any queries in this regard.
  • All mandatory fields of the application form need to be completed in order to avoid disqualification.
  • The decision of awards management in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the participants.
  • The Management reserves the right to, at its discretion, withdraw or amend or add to the T&C of the Awards at any time, with prospective or retrospective effect.
  • Management is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. Management hereby states that all information provided relating to the Award is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind. Management makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties of any kind to the Participants and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. 
  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, there shall be no liability of Management to the participant(s) from any cause whatsoever or otherwise. Under no circumstance, shall Management and/or its parent, subsidiaries, associates, affiliates and group entities, and their respective directors, employees, officers, agents or representatives, be liable to the participants /or any third party, for any lost profits or lost opportunities, direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if Management has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards shall be subject to the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai, India.
